Training
CWO is committed to the concept of training. All employees need to be trained to carry out their duties effectively.
It is an integral part of every Supervisor and Manager’s job to identify the training needs of their employees, and then develop cost effective plans for ensuring the training tasks are in place.
CSCS Accreditation
CWO workforce is 100% CSCS registered.
In addition semi-skilled operatives are working towards NVQ level 2, Trowel Occupations in Stone Fixing.
Apprenticeship Scheme
A significant number of our directly employed workforce, including Site Management, have undertaken a full formal training and Apprenticeship with us, which combines workshop, site and college periods.
We do not plan to recruit any further Apprentices to our workforce during this current year, but this situation is under regular review.
We recognise the value of training within our business and its importance to the industry as a whole.
